    Could you tell me more in detail on how to attain the effect on version one?
    i did version 2 easily with no problems but when you explained on how you had “to set the blending mode of that last highlight layer to be…overlay” i didn’t quite understand what you meant by that and how to do it. If you could help me, i would greatly appreciate it, thank you.

  • Hi there, basically all you need to do is to change the blending mode of that light dot layer to “overlay”, instead of normal, then apply the twirl filter and so on.
