In photoshop 7 I cannot find the black and white tool, do you have any suggestions?

I used Hue/Saturation option to bring color to the clouds.

Is there an option for ‘black and white’ in cs2? where to find? my clouds are still white not in color. (green or any other)

im stuck on the 4th step,last part…how do you change the layer blending style to “overlay” and magically it changes the text.
