I need to unsubscribe for now. How can I do this?

PayPal Instructions

• Log into PayPal
• Click the “History” tab
• Select “Subscriptions” from the “Show” drop-down menu (under the “Search” heading)
• Select a timeframe that includes the first payment date for your Premium subscription
• Press “Search”
• You should see an entry called “Subscription Creation” with the name of your Premium subscription in the “Name/Email” column. There will be a link in the “Status” column that tells you the status of the subscription. If it says “Active”, click it.
• Click the button that says “Cancel Subscription”

How can I get a refund of my subscription?

You need to contact me and provide your Full Name, Email Address you used for sign-up, and the PayPal Receipt ID.  Refund will then be issued to your PayPal account within 24 hours.

Please note that refund only applies within the first week of your subscription. Once the first week passes we cannot refund your money any longer.

Will there still be free Photoshop tuts on PSD Vault in the future?

Of course! PSD Vault will continue publishing Free Photoshop tutorial for all in the future, plus useful Photoshop resources and roundups.

Put it this way – if you’re a VIP Member, you will receive extra Photoshop tutorials, exclusive contents, plus more giveaways and members downloads.

Can I get support if something goes wrong?

Yes. If you happen to encounter any errors or difficulty while in the members area, simply go to my contact page and send me an email and I will look after you from there.

To a New Home

I’m currently migrating PSD Vault to a new home (server), because with the increasing amount of traffic this because unavoidable. And I do want to continue to expand and put more features on the site, so to give you a better learning experience. After all, photoshop should be fun to learn and play with!

So in the next 48 hours, the website maybe a little bit unstable, I do apologise for that. Everything should be fine after this period.

Ok onto My Future Plans

• I’m going to build a forum on PSD Vault, for everyone loves Photoshop and like to learn more, exchange ideas and so on
• I’m going to make PDF version of all PSD Vault tutorials, so you can read them while you’re offline.

Some forewords …

It has been a big four months since I launched the site back in Mid November, 2008. The site has grown from 10,000 pageview per month to 10,000 pageview per day on average. Despite the traffic increase, the focus of PSD Vault remains the same: To provide quality Photoshop Tutorial, Resource and inspiration to all levels of designers.

No doubt there is still plenty of room for improvement here and I receive a lot of feedbacks for the tutorial/site design through comments/emails. I will certainly try my best and I thank you for all the constructive comments/feedbacks you have made.
